These new images suggest that Squid Game season three will be more intense than ever as Gi Hun and his fellow competitors endure the fallout of the failed rebellion. With the image of Gi Hun handcuffed, the shadowy figure could perhaps be the Front Man, which suggests harsh consequences for his attempted uprising. Next to him, there is also a black coffin wrapped in a pink bow, a pretty grotesque symbol of the game's cruelty.

The final season will also showcase the ongoing subplot with Kang No Eul a former North Korean defector and soldier working as a guard for the games. We can see him kneeling outside the arena with her face bloodied, which does suggest that she remains entangled in the underground organ harvesting scheme run by the highly corrupt Masked Man. We have seen previously that the Masked Man was ruthless, so will the scheme become exposed?
That's not all, as the Squid Game VIP's are also set to return, as seen in an image of the Front Man back in the lavish VIP room, where some of the world's billionaires bet on the contestants fates behind the famous and mysterious golden animal masks. Will this final series finally unmask these powerful benefactors revealing their direct influence over the deadly competition?
Meanwhile, another image of In Ho shows him alone, staring at his signature mask a moment that hints at a deeper internal struggle for the villainous overseer, whose finished participating in the games himself as Player 001.
