Synopsis
Did the trailer grab your attention yet? Oh Wan Soo (Kim Ha Neul) was born into a poor family but turns her life around when she becomes a world-class golfer. Having reached the top of her sport, she agrees marries the son of Hwain Group, Kim Yong Kuk (Jung Gyu Woon You Are Too Much 2017), in order to pay off her mother's debts. Their happy marriage is short-lived when she finds out about his affair. After 10 years in an unfruitful marriage, Oh Wan Soo becomes involved with her bodyguard, Seo Do Yoon (Rain), on her trip to Manila to promote her charity Goodwill Ambassador. The two get involved in a gunfight and soon develop feelings for each other.
Why we're watching
Yes, the storyline isn't the most original, but we're definitely watching because of the leads! Rain is back and Kim Ha Neul is a very talented actress. Coupled with some mystery about Hwain Group and her husband and some really good action/fight scenes, Red Swan is definitely a drama that we'll be keeping our eyes on!
