Not only is autumn the best time to do outdoor physical activities, but it is also the optimal season to seize the beauty of nature, as the stunning view of dried yellow ginkgo tree leaves fall on the ground.

Namsan is a great place to take pictures any season, but during autumn, the place just hits differently and you don’t want to miss it! Even if you decide not to go up to the tower, you will be absolutely satisfied with the charm of the surroundings with so many trees in vibrant red, orange, and yellow colors. There are so many creative shot options you can do on the ground and up near the tower. So definitely add Namsan to your one of your autumn photoshoot locations!
2. Nami Island
Next on our list is the infamous shooting location of Winter Sonata, Nami Island. This island is 25 kilometers away from the capital, Seoul, via land travel and it is worth visiting during the autumn season because of the astonishing honey yellow trees and the place just feels so dreamy during autumn! There are so many activities you can also do on Nami Island so it is really a must not miss place to visit in South Korea!
3. Seoraksan
Love hiking? Then you are in luck because Seoraksan is considered one of the best hiking places in South Korea! Aside from being a great hiking place, the autumn view of Seoraksan is just magnificent!
