Suncheon Bay


Dubbed "the ecological capital of South Korea", there’s no doubt that Suncheon can offer many sights that are worth visiting. Suncheon Bay is home to the largest colony of reeds in the Korean peninsula and is also home to diverse species that are migrants. Don't miss the chance to visit the bay in the autumn season, when it's most magnificent.

Hallyeohaesang National Park


Hallyeohaesang National Park was designated as the 4th national park of South Korea in 1968. Hallyeosudo is also considered one of the most beautiful waterways ever. You can also enjoy camping around the area to seize its marvelous view and its inhabitant species.

Seomjin Village


Located in Gwangyang, this village is the venue of the famous “maehwa festival or plum blossom festival”. There are musical performances you can witness as well during the festival season aside from enjoying the view of beautiful blossoms. It may be difficult to visit the Seomjin village due to the infrequency of public transportation but fret not because taxis do pass by the area.
