Fangirling with a cause made possible! Dojeon Media has partnered up with BFM Jungkookies from the Philippines to help save lives! Read on to find out how you can help!
Now in its Year 3, Jungkookies from Borahae in Manila with partnership with Philippine Red Cross, is once again inviting everyone to join in saving lives through blood donation.
With the theme “Golden X Unity: United to Save Lives”, the aim is to give back to the community while celebrating the birthday of BTS’ youngest member, Jeon Jungkook.
If we recall last year, after the huge success of his first solo album, Jungkook enlisted and started his military training in December 2023 as a requirement in South Korea. It was an emotional ride for the fans. But despite him not being in the limelight, his fans continue to support him and celebrate his wins in the music industry and as an idol globally. His impact is one of the driving forces of BFM Jungkookies.
Jungkook and the rest of BTS members have always been known as selfless and hardworking idols. Because of this, BFM Jungkookies are more passionate and inspired to embody the kindness of the boy group by giving help where it is needed. For the past two years, the blood-letting activity has been very meaningful and close to the hearts of not only Jungkookies and BFM Members but also to the loyal blood donors, volunteers and people who believed in this cause.
Last July 31, 2024, BFM Jungkookies was one of the partners awarded with a “Diploma of Service” by the Philippines Red Cross. This is given to PRC partners who have been advocating for at least 2 years and have donated at least 200 bags of blood.
The need for blood in the country is continuously rising. Imagine the lives at stake if blood supplies and other blood products are not enough and worse not available. So if you are eligible and willing to donate, you may fill out the registration link below:
