Hori7on takes the crown at 2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympic Opening Ceremony!

Breaking another barrier and social normal in South Korea, global pop sensation Hori7on razzled and dazzled as the first non-Korean act at a Korean-hosted Olympic games this past weekend! We break down their performance at the 2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympics!

Premiering on Friday, January 19, 2024, South Korea hosted the fourth Winter Youth Olympics in Gangwon Provice! The Olympic games will be held until February 1, 2024. Through a wild goosechase, Anchors (the official fandom name for pop sensation Hori7on), were scurrying all over social media to find Hori7on's opening ceremony as it was slated on the Gangwon Winter Olympic site. Needless to say, we at Dojeon finally got hold of the Hori7on performance and we can't wait to share it with you!

After waiting a day later, we were able to find the boys' performances, with sound, off of their official Twitter account! Their performances of "Six7een" and "Hit Me" were amazing! Let's watch!

"Hit Me" from Six7een

"Six7een" self-titled track from Six7een

The all-Filipino boy group broke barriers as the first non-Korean group to ever perform at a Korean-hosted Olympic event! Accompanied by their fellow countrymen and woman, the Philippines will participate in three events including: Cross-Country Skiing, Freestyle Skiing, and Short Track Speed Skating.

The group also bid the athletes a very fond "best wishes" as the games will start ramping up this week! Take a look at their message to fans!

Hori7on also performed with some very well-known K-pop groups including: LUN8, tripleS, Ash Island, and Changmo!

Anchors, let us know your thoughts on Hori7on's performance! What do you anticipate the boys to be part of next? Comment below!

We are thankful for our co-Anchor, 7abinganim or six7een, for her fancam. Anyways, hoping for more Hori7on contents in your page. Much appreciated 🥰
