Azealia Banks is once again in the spotlight and AGAIN not for the right reasons. In a recent story on her Instagram, she posted this aiming at BTS' Jungkook:
"Sidebar: now that we are done pretending Chris brown isn’t the most important artist of this decade can we all pretty please tell these fruity K-pop weirdos to get out of here with their ghost white bleach booties and trash Michael jackson choreo? The K-pop boy bands are just a bunch of twerkin Twinks"

And we thought we were in 2023! First of all, the comments reek of xenophobia, racism, and homophobia. This isn't the first time Azealia Banks has made comments at artists including Troye Sivan and Anitta for similar reasons and some think it's her way of trying to "stay relevant."
We think she is intentionally trying to make controversial comments to stay relevant in the music scene and just in general. We all know that there is still a bit of a divide regarding Chris Brown, he is a very talented artist, but we know that people still can't overlook the Rihanna incident in 2009. We don't condone bringing people down or saying negative things about and/or to each other, life is hard enough, and this situation was completely unnecessary as everyone is on their own path. The world would be such a better place if we all followed Thumper's father's advice:
