Fifty Fifty's agency Attrakt responds with KRW 13 billion lawsuit against former members

After an ugly parting of ways between the now notorious K-pop girl group FIFTY FIFTY and their agency ATTRAKT, the company has decided to pursue legal charges against the former members Aran, Saena, and Sio for the total amount of KRW 13 billion (USD 10 million)! Read on to find out the details!

We know that netizens and Hunnies (the official fandom name for FIFTY FIFTY) are tired of hearing more depressing news about their former group, but we at Dojeon Media need to let the people know! On December 19, 2023, ATTRAKT announced that they had filed a lawsuit against the former members stating:

"We filed a civil lawsuit against three former members of FIFTY FIFTY, Saena, Sio, and Aran, who violated the exclusive contract, and each filed a civil lawsuit against Dougie Bus, Ahn Sung Il, and Baek Jin Sil, who actively participated in the unfair destruction of the exclusive contract, and the parents of the three members, respectively."

Although the filed suit states that ATTRAKT is filing for KRW 13 billion, the amount could surpass that due to expanding charges during the litigation process. On October 19, the label ended the contracts of Aran, Saena, and Sio stating that the three "showed no signs of remorse for violating their contracts", as per The KPOP Herald.

Unfortunately, it has come to this and many netizens, including us at Dojeon Media, can finally give a "sigh" of relief and be ready to move on from this nightmare! We hope that the new members recruited into the group will not be tainted by the previous members' mistakes.
