On May 22, BTS's entertainment company, Hybe, confirmed that V was contacted by Celine to attend the most famous film festival on the planet scheduled to be from Tuesday, May 16 to Saturday, May 27. Twitter has been blowing up with photos of Celine and Hedi Slimane personally inviting the K-pop star with a handwritten letter!
Taehyung was also seen taking photos with Celine's Head Director of Couture and Events, Peter Utz, in Cannes rocking his diamond-encrusted leather jacket!
The BTS superstar was officially confirmed as Celine's newest ambassador in March 2023 as he was seen with Blackpink's Lisa and actor Park Bo Gum at last summer's Celine's Men Spring-Summer 2023 event in Paris.
Recently, the K-pop star has been attracting headlines due to his off-stage relationship with Blackpink's Jennie as the two were spotted walking together at night in Paris.
