MANILA, Philippines –– With just a few days before SEVENTEEN’s Follow Tour concert in Bulacan, their fans – lovingly called CARATs – are preparing themselves to see their beloved
group with a pre-concert fan gathering. Called "CARATS to the World", the event is a one-day fan gathering of CARATs from Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
"CARATS to the World" is a fan gathering organized by Carat Land Philippines, one of
SEVENTEEN’s national fanbases in the Philippines. It is happening at the SM North EDSA Skydome on January 6, 2024 and will invite CARAT performers and CARAT-owned businesses!
The event is in partnership with SM North EDSA and SM Malls Online (SMO), and sponsored by N.Cat Philippines and Farmer John Philippines. Fans are encouraged to pre-register for the event via the SM Malls Online app to score a P150 voucher they can use for their purchases on the app. CARATS to the World is expected to attract hundreds, if not a thousand, of fans who want to enjoy and get ready for "Follow to Bulacan" with fellow CARATs.
The program includes mini-games inspired by SEVENTEEN’s songs such as "I Don’t Understand But I Love U", "Bring It", and "Same Dream, Same Mind, Same Night". Official merchandise and fan-made items from sponsors and partners will serve as prizes to the winners of these games.
The merchants at the venue will be selling their own SEVENTEEN-inspired merchandise like button pins, cupsleeves, candles, and perfumes.
This is Carat Land Philippines’s first event for 2024, with a few more lined up for the rest of the year. In 2023, the fanbase was able to organize a handful of events to celebrate different SEVENTEEN occasions and raise funds for the upcoming concerts’ fan projects.
SEVENTEEN is bringing their Follow Tour to the Philippines at the Philippine Sports Stadium for two nights, making them the first international act to hold a solo concert at the said venue.
The group kicked off their Follow Tour with two concerts at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, South Korea in July 2023. They have since brought it to different cities in Japan including Osaka and Nagoya, and Bangkok last December. After the Philippines, SEVENTEEN is set to hold a two-night concert at the Olympic Sports Center Stadium in Macau.
