Last year the "Seoul Outdoor Library" welcomed an impressive 1.7 million visitors, and this year it hopes to increase that number! We introduce to you a great way to bring in the summer while enjoying a nice spring breeze outdoors!
This year, the event will not only be held at Seoul Plaza & Gwanghwamun Square, but it will also be held at Cheonggyecheon Stream between April 18th — November 10th, every Thursday — Sunday.
Visitors will be able to read about 3,000 books, which will be placed on-site, and there will also be bean bags, picnic mats, and parasols for visitors to use during their visit!
A special zone will also be set up for events like book talks and a book exhibition of the author of the month selected by the city government.
This family fun event is something not to be missed, and I for sure will be making a visit or two this year!
